CBD FAQ

What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is the second most prevalent active ingredient in cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, a cousin of marijuana, or manufactured in a laboratory.

Is CBD safe?

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), CBD is considered to be a safe, non-toxic and non-addiction substance. CBD is well tolerated by the human body and is safe for consumptions.

How is CBD different from marijuana?

While CBD is a naturally-occurring component of marijuana, it does not cause a "high" like some may think. The CBD we offer is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant. Industrial hemp is defined by US law as cannabis having 0.3% or less delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content by dry weight.

How Often Should I Take CBD?

Most people use CBD two or three times in a single day.

They may take a dose in the morning, another at lunch, and a third after dinner. Some will skip the dose at lunch and just do morning and evening.

The number of doses you need depends on the condition you’re using CBD to support. For example, arthritis sufferers will likely want to use CBD several times a day to provide all-day relief. Others who are using CBD to promote sleep may only want to use CBD once before bed.

What kind of testing/analysis is performed on your products?

Our products carry top tier safety certifications and are triple tested by third party laboratories to ensure potency and verify zero THC content (test results can be found here).

How does your product differ from others?

Our micro-encapsulation process provides unique advantages that allows your body to absorb the benefits of CBD up to three times faster than typical oils and isolates. Each CBD drink mix has higher bio-accessibility and no bitter hemp taste thanks to our encapsulation technology.
